We're half way through our 10 week stay today,the guesthouse is everything we want,A/C,wi fi,phone,cable TV,room cleaning daily,change of linen,breakfast,and the staff,especially the manageress are so friendly and kind. We're here until the 13 May and have already booked a top floor room for 3 months from November 08, Paul & Lynda

my stay at the elegant lanna was excellent so much so my seven night stay turned into fourteen nights the location was good very tastefully designed . and spotless clean room very friendly and helpfull host and staff made my stay very enjoyable fantastic value would highly reccomend shall return many thanks steve 100%
