we discovered elegant lanna online and are deeply grateful. we were picked up at the airport and taken care of perfectly every step of the way. Khun Jiranoot was in touch with us before our arrival and after our departure. she sent our camera battery and charger all the way to the US, as we had left it behind. most amazing service on our trip to thailand. the room was clean, cool and comfortable even in the heat of summer. a haven in the midst of a wild songkran festival. the price was amazing for the room and service. thank you again for making our Chiang Mai stay wonderful.

We're leaving in a couple of days after spending the past month here,just the same as last year when we were here for 3 months,excellent guesthouse,wonderful facilities,Kai(the manageress) takes care of everything,without her it certainly would not be the same. Started looking at flights again for later in the year,perhaps Xmas the next time,but at the prices we pay($236/month) what excellent value it is, Paul & Lynda

Hi, Back at the Lanna again for another month,it's just the same as the last time we were here when we stayed 3 months,Kai not only collected us at the airport but when we arrived I had a problem with the wi fi and she fixed that also! Same room,same excellent facilities,I'm looking to book again for 2 months at the end of the year,and never considered staying in any other hotel, Paul & Lynda

A wonderful,quiet oasis in the center of the chaiyaphum area. Stayed 3 nights. Thanks to Khun Jiranoot and her wonderful staff. I commented that this is a guesthouse yet more like a hotel with wifi and a spacious room.Enviromental issues for the guests and true to the website, it is always serene and peaceful with the sound of the birds early in the morning.Slept comfortably and it is a gem to be discovered. Thanks again Khun Jiranoot and by the way, the staff from Mr Order (the motorbiike rental company) came at exactly 0657 to hand over my passport and collect the moped.My flight was due at 0820 a.m. so it was a short songthaew journey which I was charged 50 bht to the CMai airport. I hope to come aqain to this wonderful place.All the best to all of you.

To Kai and her staff, I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Elegant Lanna, I appreciate all the little things did for me including acting as my translator, when I needed the help. But mostly for your concern when I had that mishap with the motorbike. Sao, my brothers and I will certainly come back to see you on our next visit to Chiang Mai.
